Coconut Lob 1.4 "Greg's cut"

Added a few small features, firstly the mini map now displays the location of coins which have spawned as well as player. Made the coconut in your hand transparent so that you can see where you're aiming better, also did a bit of tweaking on the audio of explosions so they fall off more in distance, and then added 3 more sounds so you get a variety of smashing noises, and there's fire, and made the target larger but pushed it further away, and removed the collider it mistakenly had, which means the coconuts you throw appear to be heading for it in a straighter line.
